In this session, we will explore how Knowledge Discovery Efficiency (KEDE) became a game-changer for FeedHenry, driving transformation and measurable performance improvement. KEDE allows organizations to track and enhance the flow of knowledge creation and sharing across teams. This talk provides an in-depth look at how the metric was applied at FeedHenry, its measurable outcomes, and its broader implications for agile transformations.

In today’s fast-paced business environment, effective knowledge discovery and sharing are critical to maintaining an organization’s adaptive capabilities. FeedHenry, a mobile application platform provider, faced challenges with knowledge generation across teams during a rapid period of growth. By leveraging KEDE (Knowledge Discovery Efficiency), we tracked how efficiently teams generated and shared knowledge and made this process transparent.
This talk will offer practical insights into how KEDE was used to:

• Map knowledge discovery workflows and identify bottlenecks.
• Increase transparency in knowledge creation, which led to more effective decision-making.
• Implement data-driven adjustments that significantly improved delivery times and quality.
• Measure the impact quantitatively and qualitatively to demonstrate real performance gains.

This session is designed for team leads, engineering managers, and change agents looking for innovative ways to drive knowledge efficiency and enhance team performance during agile transformations. Attendees will walk away with actionable strategies to implement KEDE within their organizations and improve their teams’ capacity to adapt to change.
