My team is building a user tracking data solution. Last year our goal was to replace Google analytics and we succeed.
At the very beginning the data was not looking so good, but was still usable. The next goal after launching was elevating the data quality in general.
The talk would cover architecture, data quality metrics, testing against competitors and data validation methods we used.
