About speaker
I'm contributing to the Apache Camel open source project, especially with the Quarkus runtime. Those days, I'm interested in Artificial Intelligence at large.

AI-driven unstructured data extraction using Apache Camel and LangChain4J
A big chunk of the data generated today is unstructured and it's growing at a crazy fast pace.
However, organizations struggle to make value from it. Always in search of solutions, I've experimented a way to use generative AI to extract information from unstructured data.
In this talk, the audience will be reminded with some context and definitions related to unstructured data. We'll detail step by step how to create a prototype demonstrating data extraction with Quarkus LangChain4j and an LLM running on my local machine. Then, we'll see how to use that extraction capability in the middle of today's IT system composed of mixed technologies through the use of Apache Camel Quarkus. Finally, I'll share some lessons learned and thought about the next steps to move to a true production application.
