At times IT Service Management and DevOps can be deemed as conflicting, ITSM is almost intrusive and impeded on fast-flow. This is not like this. We should be embedded into this culture, we implement best practice that is suitable for the ways of working of the teams we support.
This is a great platform and opportunity to share how wider business functions can adopt a DevOps mindset and how collaboration is key
