As a group of technology enthusiasts, we have combined our knowledge and experience to create a product aimed at simplifying and improving processes for a wide range of users. Our primary focus is on bare-metal servers, where we traditionally encounter the following problems:

Standardization: Despite having identical system components, the methods of deployment and support among clients vary greatly.
Updates: Components often remain on initially installed versions without any updates or security fixes.
Dependencies: The dependencies between multiple components and with the operating system create additional complexities, especially in managing kernel modules and operating system itself.

Traditionally, each organization solves these problems in their own way, often it's leading to some kind of a "technology zoo" that requires dedicated DevOps team to support the whole stack.

That's why we focused on technologies that bring standardization and simplify cluster management. Such technologies are Talos OS and Flux CD, which together form an ideal duo for standardizing the preparation and management of reproducible environments.

The following topics will be discussed:
- How to build reproducible bare-metal environments with Talos Linux and FluxCD.
- Traditionally a solution to the chicken-and-egg problem.
- A few words about user experience and the convenience of local development.
- Teaching users to work with next-generation Container OS, and how to debug complex problems on systems without ssh.
