In early March 2024, my knowledge of AI was limited to tools like ChatGPT-3 and GitHub Copilot. Like many Java developers, I felt that AI was a challenging field reserved for data scientists. However, a few days of illness gave me the opportunity to take a look at AI instead of watching movies :)

To my surprise, I managed to build a console-based Java application, later migrating it to a Spring Boot and React app, all within just 3 days. This application operated my company’s private data and could become a valuable tool for the entire IT department!

My colleagues were impressed with the app, and I had to convince them that creating such applications isn't rocket science.

Join my talk to discover how you can develop AI-based Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) applications that your colleagues will thank you for!

Note: I won't just cover the basics; I'll also share the tips and tricks that helped me improve the chatbot's accuracy to as high as 95%.

I’ll also walk you through the code, so you can see exactly how it’s done and start building your own AI applications right away!
